Talking about ways to stay positive may feel a bit redundant, and a lot like what I have been talking about the last few weeks.
And some of it is, but the thing is, it bears repeating. These are the things that we (yes, me too) pass off as simple, so we feel like they really are not all that effective. They are.
So consider this a recap and end 2015 with a bang. Start 2016 on the right foot with some new habits and an outlook that will help you stay positive.

Sometimes, a change of perspective can only come from a change of scenery.

You can take an unforgettable vacation in as little as a few hours. Visit your city’s bureau of tourism for ideas on attractions that you may have missed right in your hometown.
You may only have to travel a small distance for a memory that will last a lifetime and a perspective that fuels you toward the peace you deserve.
Perhaps you’ve read this type of stuff a thousand times. I know that you question why everyone is rehashing all these things that really seem a bit foolish in relation to what you are trying to accomplish.
I promise that you are seeing this over and over because it really is the key to what we feel is missing.
Don’t discount the simple path, things don’t have to be as hard as we have come to believe they should be.
