Limitations, or Limitless? It’s Up to You to Decide to Accept Limitations

accept limitationsToday’s #mondaymotivation is an affirmation to accept limitations.

Remember that we all have something that we are up against.

For some it is everyday, for others it is less frequent, but everyone has moments where this reminder will come in handy.

Here we go:

I accept limitations and celebrate what I can do.

Limitations are opportunities to be explored. I may do things differently than some people, but there are many things I am good at.

I do what I am capable of, and I do those things well.

Nothing has to stop me or drag me down.

I am brave and courageous, and I can do anything I put my mind to.

No matter what comes against me, it does not defeat me. If there are limitations on my life, I accept them and work within them to be successful.

Everyone has limitations.

It could be money, time, a physical constraint, or something else. It’s perfectly normal to have limitations, and I accept mine. I am stronger than I think and I can do more than I realize.

I am healthy and valuable.

Limitations are not about the value of the person.

I am very valuable just the way I am. These limitations were gifted to me for a reason, and I use the gifts I was given.

I focus on the good in my life, and the bad is something that just melts away.

There are so many good things I am capable of doing. Limitations aren’t important. I find joy, peace, and love in my life, and I know I am valuable just the way I am.

Today, I intend to accept who I am and focus on the things I can do.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. How can I look past the limitations in my life to find peace and joy?
  2. What is the best way for me to stay focused on what I am capable of doing?
  3. How can I learn to do more, despite my limitations?

As always be sure to take action on this today, baby steps to shifting your mindset.
